Email Support Engineer
At Netleaf, we provide comprehensive Cyber Security solutions to medium and large businesses. From seamless integration of Cyber Security measures to 24/7 monitoring through our Netleaf Cyber Defence Center, we ensure our clients are fully supported and protected.
To drive the growth of our product offerings, we are seeking an enthusiastic Email Support Engineer to help serve and expand our client portfolio.
Since 2024, Netleaf has been proud to operate as part of AXI Digital, enhancing our ability to deliver innovative and reliable Cyber Security services.
Key goals
- Implement, support and review of Email Security solutions (including phishing/awareness) with support of Senior Engineers
- Eagerness to learn and implement is more important than current knowledge.
- Develop tools using APIs, experience or knowledge in implementing Microsoft Outlook plug-ins is a plus.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Contribute to front-end development.
- Work independently with minimal reliance on senior engineers, demonstrating strong problem-solving.
- Stay ahead of the curve by attending regular training on new and existing technologies to broaden your security knowledge.
What we are looking for
- Passion for IT Security: Your curiosity and enthusiasm drive you to explore and embrace new technologies.
- Willingness to learn: You don’t need to know everything, but you have a strong desire to grow and develop your skills in IT security and DevOps.
- Technical versatility: Basic knowledge of Azure (e.g., Azure Functions, API Apps) and email-related technologies (e.g., MS Exchange, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is a plus, but we value your eagerness to acquire these skills even more.
- Clear communication: You explain ideas effectively, share progress transparently, and collaborate seamlessly.
